Supporting the holistic wellness of Black people.

About the Learning Community Program

BCAPS seeks to be a convener of a space for Black helpers to explore the balance between cultural humility, trauma-informed resilience practices and the examination of our mental wellness needs as service providers to the Black community (e.g. educators, organizers, social workers, etc.). This learning community experience will apply personal narrative, practical application, facilitated group dialogue, interactive exposure and mindfulness to strengthen relationships for more humane working, living and learning environments that support the holistic wellness of Black people.
