Our Programs

We will be offering programming, resources, and meeting spaces to help the helpers.


In effort to facilitate maximum safety, our programming is currently fully remote.  All of our programs and activities are designed to facilitate opportunities to learn, connect, and invest in your holistic well-being.  Topics covered include vicarious trauma, managing and coping with racial trauma, resiliency, restoration, self-care, stress management, holistic health, and mental wellness and well-being.
