Are you a teacher, nurse, counselor, activist, faith leader, or other helper who could use a little support for your mental wellness? We have launched a special support group for Black men who are helpers. This group is facilitated by Nasir Bayan!

We consider Black Helpers to be those found in the following areas: Educational, Behavioral Health, Activists, Medical, Volunteers, Nonprofit, Faith-based, Community-based, Public Servants, Barbers and Cosmetologists.

Our weekly group is limited to 15 participants. However, we welcome you to join our waitlist if the session is full. This group is drop-in, so you can register for each session or as needed!

The Black Community Ambassador Support Program supports the mental wellness needs of Black community ambassadors in Franklin County through culturally competent programming and resources. The pilot program is funded by ADAMH and facilitated in partnership with MHAOhio.
